The Peak Hour Service Member works directly with our guests during Peak Hours of Operation either in the role of Cashier, Dining Room Attendant, or Dining Room Host/Hostess. There are three main times when a Peak Hour Service Member would be needed. These times are from 11am-2pm Mon-Fri, 10:30am-3pm on Saturdays, and 5pm-8pm some nights for special events. While not needed every day or night, often times this role is needed 4-5 days per week, especially Fridays and Saturdays. This position has what we call a Multiplier Pay Scale due to the flexibility required from the team member. Team Members in this role will be limited to 15 hours per week. This can be explained in the interview if an applicant is called in for an interview.
