Cashier

Job Duties:

• Provide customers with fast, friendly, courteous and efficient service
• Operate all assigned equipment (cash register, lottery terminal, etc) accurately and efficiently
• Accept and process payments for gasoline and other merchandise
• Completes required paperwork accurate and timely per company standards
• Adheres to age-restricted sale policies, laws and procedures by requesting and verifying customer identification
• Clean all areas of the store, using proper cleaning procedures and materials
• Stock shelves and cooler
• Demonstrates and promotes teamwork
• Follows all company policies and procedures
• Create and maintain a safe working environment
• Complete all other store tasks and duties as assigned by Management

• Excellent attendance
• Must be able to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays
• Must be able to stand up for at least an 8 hour shift
• Repetitive standing, stooping, bending and reaching as necessary
• Must be able to properly lift, pull and push up to 50 lbs.
• Must perform basic mathematics
• Must have cash handling skills
