About this job
As a Crew Member you would be expected to greet and serve guests, prepare food, maintain food safety and sanitation requirements, and handle light paperwork. Exceptional customer service is a major component of the position.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Prepare food neatly, accurately, and in a timely way.
- Demonstrate a complete knowlege of the menu and be able to explain to guests accurately.
- Exhibit a cheerful manner when communicating with guests.
- Cleaning and re-stocking the kitchen and service line.
- Greet guests, prepare orders, and collect payment using the cash register.
- Understand and adhere to all quality standards, formulas, and procedures as outlined by the BCB Operations Manual.
- Maintain a professional appearance and grooming standards as outlined in the BCB Operations Manual.
- Perform light paperwork as assigned.
Prerequisites:
- Some High School or equivalent.
- Ability to understand and implement written and verbal instruction.
- Must be able to work in any area of the restaurant when needed and to operate a computerized point of sale system.
- Position requires bending, standing, and walking the entire workday.
- Must have the ability to pick up 10lbs frequently and up to 30lbs occasionally.
