We have a full-time opening for a Customer Service.

Must be able to work various shifts per week.

Leading supplier of home delivered medical supplies is hiring for 6 Inbound Customer Service Agents to start training on 3/25/13.

The company was founded in 1928 and has 7 distribution centers throughout the United States. We strive to meet and exceed out customers' needs by providing a variety of products and solutions for their chronic health care needs.

 Full time: 40 hours- 10:30 am to 7 pm, 4 week day shifts- Two 8 hour days, Two 9 hour days and Saturdays 6 hour day.

About the job:

• Handle 85 to 95 inbound calls a day
• No sales goal to meet
• Assist customers with ordering products
• Research status of placed orders
• Explain benefits and deductible information
• Process payment information

Requirements

 - 3 years inbound call center experience

-Medical experience a plus

-Sense of urgency and strong attention to detail skill
