We have a full-time opening for a Customer Service, Sales, and Call Center.
Must be able to work various shifts per week.

Requirements
Established direct marketing company in Middleburg Heights is seeking inbound call center agents to assist customers with orders while up selling products and services.
We have been in business since 1969 and produce 10 different catalogs and multiple membership programs. We are an industry leader in providing customers with great values on women's apparel, shoes, jewelry, cosmetics, fragrances, and health related products.
We offer:
- $10/hr
- Monthly bonuses! Average monthly bonus is $400. Top performers are earning $800 to $1,000 a month.

- Will work 2 6 hour weekend shifts a month.
2 weeks of PAID classroom training from 9 am to 4:30 pm.
Daily Responsibilities:
Answer inbound calls from new and existing customers to place an order for products from catalogs.
Provide excellent customer service, enter in new orders, process order from start to finish, and verify new and existing customer information.
Follow scripted pitch to sell membership programs at the end of the call.
Up sell and provide product information on additional products.
Update database, verify customer information, and billing and shipping information.
Requirements
Minimum 6 months call center or customer service experience
Reliable transportation
Money motivated and competitive nature
