Job Description:

Inbound Residential Sales

  • Taking inbound calls from potential residential customers regarding products and services and signing them up as new customers
  • Handling customer questions and selling.
  • Selling products to new customers and up selling or adding new products to existing customers
  • Processing new service orders from start to finish
  • Documenting all calls
  • Transferring calls to other call centers or departments if the customer requires additional information or assistance
  • Handling 50-80 calls per day
  • Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly personal and team quotas and goals
  • Base salary is $10.00 hr plus bonus
  • Bonus paid every two week based on performance.  Average representative will make $14.00 hour.  Top representatives are making $16-$20.00 hour

 Requirements

Requirements:

  • Minimum of two plus years of proven sales experience
  • Must have consultative sales experience preferably in the telecommunications industry
  • Must be self motivated and have the ability to meet daily quotas and goals
  • Must have prior call center experience
  • Strong technical skills and technically savvy
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Must type 25 wpm
  • Strong listening and problem solving skills
  • Must be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, employment and education verification

 Training:

  • Two weeks of in classroom training and will need to pass mid-term exam
  • One week of phone evaluation and then will be fully graduated
  • Product knowledge training on all products and services
  • Heavy training on CRM and client data base and phone system
  • Role Playing
  • Last week of training will be shadowing with experienced representatives
  • Cannot miss time during training.  Missing a day of training will result in getting dismissed from the training class.

 Hours:

  • Must be able to handle very flexible schedule, nights and weekends required. Must be able to work a schedule between 8:00am - 1:00am. Monday through Saturday.  Must be completely flexible during those times to work an eight hour shift.  Will rotate weekends.  Can expect to work two weekends a month.  When you work the weekend you will have two days during the week off.
