About this job

Applicants must have previous restaurant management experience.

Duties include but are not limited to:

Hiring, training and coaching a varied staff with age ranges between 16-40

Assisting General Manager with scheduling, ordering and running day to day operations.

Ability to follow and implement corporate guidelines for customer service and food quality.

Ideal candidates will be detail orientated and implement "ownership" mentality.  Should have day/night, 7 day a week availability.

This is a 49 hour per week, salary position.
