Associates are also responsible for delivering extraordinary customer service to every guest, every time. Essential Duties Use recipes directions to prepare foods according to guidelines and specifications. Estimate food requirement by watching service line and communicating with line staff. Prepare foods using appropriate pans for cooking; garnish appropriately and set up food line. Operate a variety of kitchen utensils to weigh, measure, mix, etc. Required to lift and inspect workstations for compliance with OSHA and MBC service standards. Get along with co-workers and works well as a member of a team. Greet all customers with a friendly, professional and audible greeting. Make solid eye contact and provide a sincere smile. Serve customers in a prompt and courteous manner.
