Cashier

Summary:

The cashier position will perform a variety of duties along the service line.  Primary responsibility is to interact with each guest to deliver a remarkable experience.  This requires providing the highest quality of service to the guest by treating them with honor, dignity, and respect. 

Essential Functions:

• Complete guest orders at the register
• Suggestively sell
• Fulfill orders
• Resolve guest concerns
• Maintain accuracy of both cash and coupons
• Refresh guest beverages with tabletop service
• Patrols assigned station
• Properly cleans and fills table condiments
• Performs set-up and stocks the food and beverage area or other assigned areas as requires
• Cleans, sweeps, and mops floors
• Politely answer the telephone and provide directions, take catering order, and messages

Qualifications:

• Requires the ability to speak, read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence and policy documents, as well as converse comfortably with customers
