We have a part-time opening for a Customer Care Representative.
Must be able to work various shifts per week.
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Be authorized to work in the United States.
Wage: $10
Requirements
Essential Functions:
1. Ensure an outstanding customer experience that supports the Bolingbrook Park District brand with great service, friendly and pleasing environments, open communications, and efficient, organized operations.2. Listen to customer needs and match customers up with appropriate program or service to fit those needs.3. Accurately complete a variety of customer transactions.4. Use computer system to access information, process daily business, print reports and maintain files.5. Answer phones within 4 rings and assist customer needs.6. Report to supervisor daily operational needs, problems and client feedback.7. Consistently execute a balanced and accounted daily cash receipt journal and cash drawer.8. Provide and maintain a clean and safe environment.9. Assist supervisory staff in special projects.10. Attendance at monthly staff meetings, required trainings and/or assessments.
Marginal Functions:
1. Contact and inform participants of changes, cancellations and other program information.2. Perform other related functions as assigned by supervisor.
HOURS
Part-time as scheduled Monday-Sunday. Must work a minimum of 16 hours per week. All staff must be available to work night and weekend shifts.
