Key Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound phone and web inquiries to provide estimates to the potential customers seeking our residential cleaning service in a courteous, enthusiastic, and professional manner

• Acting as an intermediary between potential customers and franchisees in the initial sales stage

Required Skills/Abilities

• 1-2 years of inbound sales experience and/or customer service

• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

• Strong people skills, listening skills and logic based instinct

• Computer savvy - Excellent typing skills

• Reliability and a strong worth ethic

• This position requires the ability to work flexible hours, including nights and Saturday's as required.

 

Requirements

The CSR position is being put into place to aid with day to day tasks and to assist with the growing of the business. The CSR will be committed to the business and have a professional approach to customer service and daily tasks. They will also show initiative, exceptional follow through, computer skills, great personality, exceptional attendance, ability to work with and around others, be highly responsible, and be capable of handling confidential information.

Key Responsibilities

Answering the phones in a professional and polite manner. Effectively describing and aggressively selling the Molly Maid service. Setting up and scheduling estimates, one-time, and occasional cleans using the phone dialog script and LMS calendar. Listen to and assess the needs of the caller, providing information to prospective customers as well as existing customers.

Becoming proficient with Customer Care, CRM and LMS software applications. This includes but is not limited to entering/changing customer information, entering contact notes, and assisting with route schedules including entering customer data on new and existing customers.

 Properly addressing customer complaints and concerns when necessary. Communicating and documenting those complaints/concerns into customer care and passing information along to the Lead CSR.

 Marketing to new and past customers via phone and email. Mailing postcards and other marketing material when time allows. This includes back marketing to one time, permanent cancels, and any unclosed estimates.

Preferable Skills/Abilities

1-2 years of inbound sales experience and/or customer service

This position requires the ability to work Monday-Friday from 9AM to 5:30PM
