Responsibilities - Obtain and input all essential customer information correctly* Help to set and confirm all viable lead s generated. * Confirm appointments (both inbound and outbound ques) * Meet lead setting quotas for appointment setting goals* Ability to listen to customers and ask necessary questions to identify the customer's wants, needs, and provide product information.* Identify and document the customer contact information with full names of all decision-makers along with essential facts including customer wants and needs.* Communicate using the company-prescribed appointment setting methods.* Fulfill appointment conversion goals and activity plan within company stated guidelines.
