SUMMARY:
Prepare closing packages for national customers.


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

oPrepare HUD-1 settlement statements, loan packages, and other documents necessary to close loans by following closing instructions.

oReview commitments to ensure all title exceptions have been cleared.

oOrder conveyance deeds and other pertinent documents from outside vendors.

oSchedule closings with lenders and borrowers as needed.

oReview completed closing package for accuracy and completeness and return original packages to lenders.

oBalance HUD and prepare file for funding.

oCommunicate with customers and borrowers on title and escrow issues affecting loan closings throughout the entire process.

oReview payoff demands, calculate per diem and other charges and assist with ordering updates as needed.

oVerify company service fees to be charged to customers at closing.

oMaintain organized, completed escrow files.

oManage closing calendar.
o    Elevate problem files to supervisor or manager.

oAbility to work from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday.

oMust be personable, positive and a professional representative of the Company. 

oRegular consistent attendance is required, that could include attendance at after hour Company events.

oAbility to accept supervision.

oAbility to foster, develop and maintain professional and collaborative working relationships.  Must be able to get along with others, i.e., peers, supervisors, outside customers, and vendors.

oAbility to interact effectively and professionally with all levels of management, employees and customers by email, phone and in person. 

oAbility to work overtime as requested and approved by supervisor.

oPerform other duties as assigned by supervisor.



KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

oExcellent verbal and written communication skills.

oExcellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

oAbility to prioritize and handle multiple projects.

oStrong attention to detail and organizational skills.

oProficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook.


Shift:  Full time
Monday – Friday - 9am – 9pm, 12pm – 9pm, and 11am – 8pm
Training:  Will be for 1 week and then ongoing training

Compensation:
Pay range is $14 - $16/hour based upon experience
