Maid in North Carolina, Inc has served the Triad since 1989. We are seeking an experienced office manager who will report directly to the owner.
30-40 hours per week - flexible schedule
5+ years office management experience required
Responsibilities
*Oversee the daily management of sales person and administrative assistant
*Delegate responsibilities among the staff according to their abilities and workload
*Handle employee issues as they arise: Attendance / Performance / Disciplinary Actions
*Maintain positive customer and employee relations
*Manage communication between cleaning staff, office staff and clients each day
*Handle client issues as they occur and assist owner with all aspects of customer service
*Achieve proficiency in sales estimating
*Learn to prepare daily job schedules
*Learn to perform in-field quality assurance checks
Education and Experience:
*Business degree or equivalent experience
*Administrative and supervisory experience
Requirements
*Supervision/management experience
*Strong communication skills; verbal and written
*Strong interpersonal skills
*Detail oriented
*Able to compose compelling, response driven correspondence
*Work well independently and as a member of a team
*Ablilty to multi-task
*Strong computer skills with working knowledge of Microsoft Office software
*IT experience is a plus
*Service industry experience is a plus
*Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus
