Customer Service Representative
In this position you'll handle a wide range of tasks, including: -Provide excellent customer service to our customers-Handle customer service issues-Cover shifts for other employees as needed-Use a computer to complete customer transactions-Use Excel spreadsheets-Assure product quality by examining items before and after processing-Tag in items for cleaning-File items on pick-up racks-Bag clothes
Job Requirements
-Great communication skills-Supremely Organized, Responsible and Reliable-High school diploma, or equivalent -Experience in a dry cleaner's preferred but not required
Hours
Our hours of operation are Monday Friday, 7 am to 6 pm, and Saturday from 8 am to 4 pm. This position requires 25 - 35 hours a week, including mornings and afternoons. Work on Saturday is required.
Pay rate based upon experience.
