About this job
We are now hiring a grounds keeper to work full-time at a local college
RESPONSIBILITIES: Maintain turf areas to include mowing, edging, weeding, watering, fertilizing, resodding, reseeding, dethatching and aerating. Responsible for the upkeep of shrubs and trees to include trimming, shaping branches, watering, mulching and removal. Assists in the pick-up, delivery, and unloading of fill dirt, mulch, fertilizers and ground chemicals. Operates and performs maintenance of lawn mowers, weed-eaters, edgers, shop trucks and tractors.
*Must be able to pass a background check
*Must be reliable and trustworthy
*Must be able to lift 50-100 pounds
