At Chick-fil-A inside Dayton Mall, the purpose of members on our Marketing Team is to give every guest a remarkable experience.  The Marketing Team role is more than just a job, it's an opportunity to be a positive influence to those around us, and to create relationships by leveraging our great food and our celebrity cow mascot. As a member of the Marketing Team, your primary responsibility is to create relationships with our customers and people in our community. Some additional responsibilities are as follows:

Marketing Team responsibilities:

  • Working with the Operator to create a marketing plan
  • Executing the marketing plan
  • Tracking redemptions
  • Monitoring effectiveness of events
  • Building relationships within the community.  Traditionally, this is done by coordinating food distribution, making our cow a celebrity, setting up cross-promotions and school programs, as well as involving Chick-fil-A in community-wide events.
  • Set up in-store Sampling program.

Job Characteristics:

  • Traditionally, someone on the Marketing Team works 15-20 hours per week, but can be up to 30-40 hours per week if combined with other roles in the restaurant.
  • Some work can be done from home.
  • The job responsibilities enables you to have a flexible work schedule.
  • Specific hours vary depending on the task to be accomplished. (often involves Saturday work for local events)
  • Use of a personal vehicle is required for community-related work. Mileage reimbursed.
  • Outside Sales or previous marketing experience is a plus.
