Flexible Hours:

Closed Sunday’s:


All Chick-fil-A restaurants are closed on Sundays so you can have a day off to spend with family and friends.

No Experience Is Necessary:

We are looking for friendly, enthusiastic people who enjoy serving customers. We will teach you everything else you need to know. 

Qualifications

• Must be 18 year of older
• Previous supervisory or management experience is preferred
• Bilingual application (English and Spanish) are preferred
• ServSafe Certification preferred 

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead team of 5 to 10 kitchen staff to meet daily operational demands while maintaining a positive, safe and healthy work environment.
• Assist with the identification and training opportunities of kitchen team members.
• Maintain proper food and paper costs within the kitchen 
• Perform facility opening and closing procedures
• Assist with the operational objective of the unit.
• Utilize proper safety and sanitation in kitchen
• Utilize Chick-fil-A standardized production recipes to ensure consistent quality of menu items and improve speed of service
• Ensure proper equipment use, operation and maintenance

• Completion of ServSafe class with a score of 90 or better

All team members must be hard working, self-motivated, and team-oriented.  Team members must also demonstrate great personal hygiene habits. Bilingual (English and Spanish) applicants are strongly encouraged to apply.  Hours will vary, but all applicants must be willing to work on Saturdays. 

The Kitchen Manager must be able to work in a fast pace environment, yet maintain a positive working environment.  The Kitchen Manager is also responsible for creating a sense of urgency and excitement for kitchen staff, in order to meet speed of service goals.
