Area Coach

We are looking for strong, hands-on business leaders to run our retail restaurant businesses.  Do you have a strong commitment to outstanding customer service?  Do you have a passion for driving excellence?  Do you have experience in transformational leadership and managing all aspects of a business?  Do you have a track record of developing your people and getting them involved in improving the business?

Area Coaches (ACs) are responsible for leading all aspects of a $3mm - $15mm retail restaurant business.  These responsibilities include:

• Total operational and financial responsibility for five (5) - fifteen (15) units
• Achieving transformational change through strategic and operational improvements in the areas of food quality and guest service that improves customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Driving Profit & Loss improvements (i.e., plan attainment) by establishing and ensuring cash control/security procedures; analyzing inventory, labor, and other financial reports, and taking appropriate actions
• Ensuring Occupational Safety and Health Act, local health and safety codes, and company safety and security policy are met
• Supervise restaurant management staff; motivating, training and developing the restaurant teams
• Ensuring maintenance of equipment, facility, and grounds through the use of a Preventative Maintenance Plan based on Company Standards
• Ensuring complete and timely execution of corporate and local marketing programs

Qualifications

• Seven (7) - ten (10) years of general business leadership experience
• Strong analytical/decision-making skills
• Strong strategic thinking skills
• Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
• Good oral/written communication skills
• Bachelors/Master's degree preferred but not required
