We have a full-time/part-time opening for a Customer Service.
Must be able to work various shifts per week.
Requirements
A Cleveland area leading technology distributor seeks a team leader in their Customer Service department.
Qualifications and responsibilities include:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or 4 or more years of related management experience, as well as 5 or more years of supervisory experience in a B2B customer Service environment are required.
- Must have the ability to supervise 5 Customer Service Specialists.
- Manage daily operations of the team, as well as train, coach and develop the team.
- Hands on involvement in all aspects of operations.
- 8:30AM - 5:30PM.
- $16/hr. based on experience.
