Program Director:
This full-time position oversees the full breadth of offered programs, ensuring that the extremely high standards of The Little Gym are adhered to in every class, every day. Most Program Directors spend approximately 60 percent of their time teaching and the balance of their time overseeing instructors and managing programs.
Qualifications:
A background in child development, physical education and/or gymnastics is certainly a plus and prior management and/or strong customer service experience is preferred.
