Customer Service Representative
Looking for experiences CSR’s to provide exceptional customer service in a fast paced Call Center environment. Responsibilities include assessing customer needs and concerns, handling challenging situations in a courteous and profession manner, exercising decision making problem solving and multitasking capabilities. Must have availability between the hours of 12:00pm and 9:00pm and must be available on Saturdays. Full time positions available - $12.50 per hour. Retail and Call Center experience preferred. Good computer skills required.
