About this job
As the Assistant Sales Manager, you’ll play a critical role in promoting sales while ensuring that all guests receive high levels of service consistent with our Ace helpful brand. This includes training and monitoring the progress of the sales associates and cashiers in establishing and achieving set retail objectives based upon the company standards and policies thereby creating a culture based on service, promotions and sales.
Qualifications
- 2-4 years’ retail sales and management experience
- Strong background in customer service and leadership
- Hardware background helpful but will train the right candidates
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and follow through skills
