We are an established and growing residential cleaning company looking for energetic and upbeat people seeking a long-term position to join our team. Are you our next rock star cleaning technician? Get paid to be physically active!
We are a smoke-free/tobacco-free company and service only smoke-free homes.
NO evenings or nights are required! Some Saturday/Sunday work will be required during the summer months (mid-June through August).
Qualified candidates MUST:
- Be smoke/tobacco-free during working hours
- Have a strong work ethic
- Be able to reach, stoop, bend, kneel and be active on your feet all day
- Enjoy working as part of a team
- Have a reliable, enclosed vehicle (for the protection of cleaning equipment and supplies) with current registration and valid auto insurance.
Present work commitment is 24-30 hours/week with hours increasing as business dictates.
Travel time between our office and client appointments is paid. Mileage reimbursement for drivers.
Training for this position starts at $8.50/hr. Upon successful completion of training (2-4 weeks +/- depending upon ability to meet standards), pay increases to $9.20/hr. Performance evaluations and opportunity for merit increases are given at 6 month intervals.
