We are currently hiring for an experienced Quality Control Technician in Piedmont, SC.
Job Description: Individual will be responsible for performing inspection duties on a variety of parts involving first piece, in process and final inspection. Outstanding opportunity – this is a temp to perm position! After permanently hired, employee received free insurance, to include family coverage, 401(K), plus much more!
Job Requirements:
Perform inspections of sub-assemblies and final assemblies.
Perform inspections of sub-assemblies and final ass
Perform final functional inspection of finished products.
Perform incoming inspection of components and assemblies as needed.
Disposition non-conforming material as needed.
Conduct technical QA inspections and use results to improve production processes and standards.
Complete records of inspection results: acceptance, rejection, disposition, etc.; and enter into log books or computer databases.
Be able to read a tape measure.
Be able to convert metric and English units.
Be able to read and understand assembly drawings and blue prints.
Be able to operate numerous gages; CMM, calipers, feelers, height, etc.
Be able to perform inspections and document results accurately.
Ideal Candidates:
- Excellent attendance
- Stable background
Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour depending on experience.
Shift/Hours: 1st Shift - Mon – Fri
