Prepares and displays certain entrée items for guest consumption.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:- Prepares finished entrée items according to recipes and menu.
- Displays food items on serving line or buffet bar according to established standards.
- Keeps work area clean and sanitary.
- Maintains standards of food safety.
- Bread and deep fry chicken and other fried items.
- Filter and clean deep fryers, charbroiler, and flat grill.
- Other tasks and responsibilities as designated by management.
Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

- This position requires the employee to be at least 18 years of age.
- Must be able to use kitchen tools to measure ingredients, use timers and adjust ovens
