This is the leader of the store and has overall responsibility for the success of the specific store. We ensure that this person receives the best possible training both at the University of Subway and KK Sub’s unique training program. This qualifies the manager to act at the level of maximum efficiency and effectiveness and helps to optimize the use of all physical, human and financial resources. Among other things, the store manager interviews new applicants, trains the new hires, schedules labor hours, ensure economic order quantities and reorder levels, analyzes food and other costs and provides periodic job evaluations to other team members. Above all, their focus is on maximizing sales with the use of minimal resources/costs.
