About this job
Total Finance is seeking employees interested in a great career path for our Collections Department. Due to continued growth, we currently have openings for Entry Level Collectors in our office located on the Northside of Chicago. A Collector contacts customers with outstanding loans with the organization in an attempt to have the customer set up a payment for their account. The majority of our customers speak Spanish only, therefore all debt collectors must be bilingual with the ability to speak fluently in Spanish and English. Flexibility in scheduling is required including the availability to work on Saturdays.
