We are seeking Restuarant Managers who have had previous experience in a restaurant similar to Denny's. Please be prepared to give references of that experience. Pay level is dependant upon prior experience.
Restaurant Managers:
- Provide leadership and supervision to restaurant employees for all aspects of each shift worked in a single restaurant.
- Report to the restaurant General Manager.
- May supervise 15 - 20 restaurant employees per shift.
- Have direct accountability for all operational results for each shift worked.
- We offer flexable hours
- Work 4 days per week -- 12 hour days
- Hours worked over 40 hours are paid overtime
- One week paid vacation (40 Hours) after 1 year of employment
- Bonus program that can be up to 35% of wages earned paid quarterly
- Free Employee Meal for every shift worked
- Once per month Family meal for immediate family.
- Annual performance reviews after 1 year of employment and every September after that.
- Additional bonus' paid for outstanding performance
