Prep Cook - Full-time / Part-time

Essential Job Responsibilities

• Ensures all items are prepared and stored per company specifications.
• Ensures condiment bar remains stocked with quality ingredients per company specifications.
• Completely fills out production sheets.
• Ensures company safety and sanitation specifications are followed.
• Ensures working area is kept clean.
• Cleans/stores/sanitizes equipment per company specifications.
• Ensures produce bar remains stocked with quality ingredients.
• Special Forces Skill Certified within 60 days.
• Any other tasks deemed necessary.

Physical Requirements:

• Activities include, but are not limited to, walking, standing, reaching, stooping, lifting (50 lbs. maximum), carrying, talking, and sitting.
• Duties involve the coordination of manual and visual dexterity.

Skills/Experience/Education:

• Minimum of 18 years of age.
