About this job

We are ISO of an enthusiastic individual with a Positive Mental Attitude to work as part of our team in our Production department.

This individual will be responsible for:

- Bringing orders that are sold by our sales consultants from post sales to completed project. This includes

  1. Reviewing jobs with sales consultants turned into the office for an understanding of what is to be installed.
  2. Making a welcome call to the customer thanking them for their order and reviewing the process for installation scheduling.
  3. Communicating with foreman of each crew to schedule the day and time of install and to provide explaination of what is needed to be done on each job. 
  4. Communication with homeowners of where we are in the process of their install.
  5. Ordering necessary material for job installation.
  6. Organizing drop dates with material suppliers, homeowners and install crews.
  7. Collection of final balance due from homeowner after completed install.

- Troubleshooting service/warranty orders with correct foreman. Following up with customer in a timely matter to get their service or warranty issue resolved.

What we are looking for:

- Knowledge of the construction industry and/or exterior home remodeling.

- Positive Attitude/Team Player

- Flexibility
