Supervisor

Supervisor Purpose: Consistently provide the service, product and experience that is noticeably and memorably better than our competitors in addition to serving the owners and team members to provide an atmosphere of excellence. This will be done by managing their team in order to establish and accomplish business objectives and positively affect profits by managing labor, food cost and waste.

This position could be full or part time.

Supervisor Duties:
Clearly communicate the core values, strategies and objectives of the business to all team members. Track and understand regular daily, weekly, monthly and yearly sales and profitability goals against actual business numbers. Provide analysis and suggestions for improvement.
