Teachers On Reserve is hiring Credentialed Teachers to substitute, particularly in San Jose but also throughout the entire SF Bay Area and East Bay.

We provide our client schools with well-qualified, dependable educators for one-day, short-term and long-term assignments.

Many opportunities for short-term and long-term jobs exist, but it is essential that you are willing to drive and work at least 2 days each week.

Reliable access to a webcam (and Skype) during the interview process is extremely helpful, but not required.

Teachers must have a Bachelor's Degree and teaching experience, a current CA Teaching Credential or have passed the CBEST. You must also be a great communicator, classroom manager and someone who ENJOYS teaching. If hired, you will need a current TB test and fingerprinting with the FBI and DOJ.
