Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen – Colorado Springs & Pueblo

The manager plays a key role in the operation of our restaurants and have the overall responsibility for:

• Controlling day to day operations

o Scheduling labor

o Ordering food and supplies

o Managing the restaurant team

o Delivering the highest quality products and service to each customer

• Ensuring compliance with company standards, OSHA, and local health and safety codes

o Company safety and security procedures

o Product preparation

o Customer relations

o Human resources

o Restaurant maintenance, cleanliness, and repair

o Inventory management

• Financial accountability

o Forecasting, budgeting, P&L, labor costs, and food costs

o Building sales by proactively seeking out opportunities to reach out to the community

• Team Building

o Recruiting, interviewing, and hiring team members

o Motivating, training, and setting clear performance goals

Experience requirements:

• Minimum of one year of current experience in Fast Food Management

• Effective oral and written communication skills

• Ability to analyze data and interpret Profit and Loss Statements

• Demonstrate computer literacy

• Effective leadership skills

• Enjoy developing people

Individual must have minimum of six months Popeyes managerial experience or one year of General Manager experience with another concept or be recommended by his/her current Area Manager. The individual must have effective oral and written communication skills, the ability to calculate and analyze data, display effective leadership skills, and be able to effectively communicate with all levels. Must be able to interpret Profit and Loss Statements and be computer literate.
