Responsibilities
- Keeps dish area clean and sanitized
- Understands the usage of each chemical and proper ratio
- Washes and stores all dishes, trays, utensils, cups and small equipment in the proper locations for the Back of House
- Communicates with kitchen on their supply needs
Preferred experience/skills
- Clean and organized
- Understands basic sanitation practices
- Ability to work long hours in a damp environment
- Able to keep up with the demand and stress of a high volume environment
