• The steps include:
• Share the unique Evolution Auto concept
• Offer free appraisals
• Interview customers to determine needs and wants
• Present and test drive our vehicles
• Running credit applications
• Presenting and processing transaction paperwork
• Provide after sale service
• Follow up with potential customers
