We have a full-time/part-time opening for a Training & Development Program Manager.
Must be able to work various shifts per week.
Requirements
Atlanta-based company seeks Training & Development Program Manager.
Responsibilities will include:
· Full-cycle employee assessment and retention process.
· Research and recommendation of learning programs.
· Development of improvement strategies and management of skills inventory.
This position requires a candidate with:
· Experience in vendor management practices.
· Updating PTMS, budgeting and creating a training scheduling.
· Candidates must have their bachelor’s degree.
· SharePoint software experience.
· Outstanding written and oral communication skills.
· Strong organizational skills and the ability to engage and facilitate enthusiasm within the audience on course material.
Full-time opportunity for someone with a flexible schedule, benefits are offered and the salary will range from 60-65k.
