Service Specialist - Baker's Shift

• Perform high-quality pest prevention services for clients in the hospitality, processing, manufacturing, retail, and health care industry
• Conduct detailed inspections of client facilities
• Interact with a range of client employees to provide assessments, recommendations and education
• Travel daily to client facilities
• Must be able to work Baker’s Shift, 3 AM – noon, with some night and weekend on-call work if necessary

  

PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• At least two (2) years work experience in a service environment
• Excellent customer service skills and a genuine spirit to serve others
• Strong attention to detail
• Good decision-making skills
• A positive, can-do attitude
• Enjoy hands-on work
• Proven ability to work independently
• Previous experience in route or delivery work is a plus
• Prior pest control/management experience preferred, but not required

 

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

• High school diploma/GED
• Stable work history – No more than three (3) jobs in the last five (5) years
• A valid driver’s license and good driving record, no major violations, and no more than three (3) minor violations in the past three (3) years.
• Must be able to physically perform the essential duties of the position that include lifting 75 lbs chest high, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, handling, balancing, walking and standing
• Must pass pre-employment background check, as well as pre-employment and random drug tests
• Offer is contingent upon passing a physical function job assessment
• Basic computer skills required
