Flexible Hours:

You probably have commitments to your family, friends, school or sports teams. We will try to arrange your work schedule around them.

Closed Sunday’s:

All Chick-fil-A restaurants are closed on Sundays so you can have a day off to spend with family and friends.

Work Directly With Our Chick-fil-A Operator:

The Operator is an independent business person, responsible for the operation of the restaurant, who invests time in his or her team members, teaching them important business skills for the future.

Qualifications

  • Must be 22 year or older
  • Previous supervisory or management experience is preferred  

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Work to create a safe, secure and healthy work environment for fellow employees.
  • Manage a team of 12 or more team members at any given time while effectively communicating unit goals and leading team to meet those goals.
  • A manager’s responsibility may range from running a cash register to cleaning the restrooms. Therefore managers must be flexible. 
  • Assist with the identification and training opportunities of all team members.
  • Perform facility opening and closing procedures
  • Assist with the operational objective of the unit.

Requirements

All team members must be hard working, self-motivated, and team-oriented.  Team members must also demonstrate great personal hygiene habits. Bilingual (English and Spanish) applicants are strongly encouraged to apply.  Hours will vary, but all applicants must be willing to work on Saturdays. 

Managers must be able to work in a fast pace environment, yet maintain a positive working environment. Managers are also responsible for creating a sense of urgency and excitement for team members.
