We are currently hiring a Shipping and Receiving position in Des Moines, IA This an outstanding temporary opportunity with an established refrigerated service company.
Job Description:
Shipping and receiving of packaged goods in a refrigerated warehouse.
Job Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 80 lbs.
- Technical skills – Forklift experience required, Valid drivers license. Use of hand held scanners preferred
- Experience in prioritizing and managing multiple tasks.
- Excellent attendance required, Must be willing to work in a cold environment, dependable transportation, professional appearance and personality
- Oral communication – Speaks clearly and listens attentively.
- Teamwork – Exhibits objectivity/openness to others’ ideas and try new things
- Ethics – Works with integrity,
- Organizational Support – Follows policies and procedures, safety awareness. Willing to submit to a formal background check and drug screen.
Pay rate : $ 10.00 per hour based on experience and education.
Shift/Hours: Day Shift, Monday - Friday , 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
