We are currently hiring experienced Metrology Lab Associate in the Springfield area for a reputable company. This is a 3rd shift, temporary to hire position. The metrology lab associates will be responsible for performing MIG weld cut and etch testing.

 

Job Description:

Conduct various testing methods to verify product quality

Maintain records and logs of testing progress

Give progress reports on testing of products

Create reports using Microsoft Excel software

 

 

Job Requirements:

Mathematical ability

Must have cut and etch experience, familiar with plasma cutter

Read and write English

Be adaptable

High School Diploma/GED

 

Ideal Candidates:

Welding experience a plus

Committed to safety at all times

Excellent attendance

Willing to submit to a formal background and drug screen

 

Pay Rate: $10.00 - $11.00 per hour, pay increase once hired on

Shift/Hours: Sunday - Thursday, 3rd shift, 10pm – 6am
