We are currently hiring for General Laborers - Handy Man for an up coming project in Des Moines, IA. This is an outstanding temporary opportunity with a reputable companies.
Job Description:
General maintenance skills that can repair most anything, multiple talents and skill trades.
Job Requirements:
- High School Diploma/GED
- Excellent attendance, dependable transportation The ability to work in extreme weather conditions and warehouse environments ( hot/cold)
- Technical skills – able to handle consistent heavy lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly, use of hand tools, working extended shift hours when required and strong organizational skills.
- Teamwork – Exhibits objectivity/openness to others’ ideas and try new things. Flexible
- Ethics – Works with integrity , must be able to pass Spartan Staffing assessments, work history that is verifiable.
- Organizational Support – Follows policies and procedures, safety awareness, works within established safety practices on the job, must wear safety equipment safety glasses and steel toe boots.
- Willing to submit to a drug screen.
Pay rate : $12.00 per hour
Shift/Hours: Monday - Friday. 1st Shift 8:00 am to 4:00 pm ,
