Company Description: Schneider & Associates is an independent insurance investigations and claims adjustment company. We've been in business since 1993. We conduct investigations for a wide number of insurers throughout our territory. Our investigators work from their home offices in CA, AZ and NV.

 

Job Description: We have an immediate opening for a part-time office clerk. The position can become full-time with benefits as business picks up. Additionally, there is opportunity for additional hours as needed from the beginning. The job entails QC of investigative reports, taking investigative assignments over the phone from clients, customer service telephone functions, general office duties, and typing and preparing reports to be sent to customers.

 

Qualifications: You must have the following skills:

-Excellent command of English.

-Must be a good speller and know how to write well.

-Excellent phone personality, excellent typing and computer skills.

-Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook and ability to learn other software quickly.

-This is a small office and it's very important that the candidate be dependable and on time.
