Summary: Denard Enterprises currently operates three quick service food establishments in Charlotte Douglas International Airport – Einstein Bros. Bagels, Papa John’s and Salsarita’s. We offer an exciting, fast-paced place to work along with our commitment to train and develop each new hire. The ideal crew member will provide fast, friendly and courteous customer service experiences for each of our guest. The hours may range from 5:00am to 11:00pm with some weekends or alternating weekends. All candidates must be able to pass a federal background check.
Essential Functions:
Greet customers and takes food orders, provide information about menus; look for opportunities to up-sell products
* Operate cash register, accurately count and provide change to customers and follow customer service and cash handling policies
* Clean and stock work area; clean and sanitize work station and equipment
* Prepare food and assist with a variety of kitchen related functions
* Ensure proper food handling procedures are followed including labeling, dating, stocking, rotating and temperature control of products
* Work as part of a team to assist in achieving the goals of the business, as well as contribute to a positive and energetic work environment
* Required to use hands repetitively, stand for prolonged periods and able to lift and/or move up to 40 lbs
* Required to adhere to Company uniform policy and present a neat, clean and professional appearance at all times
* Must have the flexibility to work various days of the week and varied hours
