About this job
Position Purpose: To help promote all aspects of the business including, but not limited to buying, selling, pricing, and merchandising.
Responsibilities:
Promote high level of customer service
Buy and sell gently used kids clothing, equipment, toys, and more
Assist in stocking items following merchandising plan
Maintain store displays and follow store maintenance standards and proceduresd
Qualifications:
Prior retail or customer service experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate
Ability to work well as a team member and to take and follow directions
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time and to lift up to 40 lbs without assistance
