The Maids is currently looking for....Cleaning Team Leaders! Base pay starts at $9.75/hr plus bonuses after short initial training period.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
- Annual raises.
- Leads a team of four, cleaning multiple houses per day.
- Monthly bonus available to the team.
- No prior house keeping experience necessary.
- Monday - Friday, no weekends.
- Paid vacation and holiday pay after 90 days.
- We provide uniforms, equipment, and transportation.
- Must be physically able to sit, stand, bend or squat for long periods of time.
- Trains and supervises each Team Member to ensure adherence to quality standards, deadlines, and proper procedures. Corrects errors as necessary.
- Performs one cleaning function (kitchen, bathroom, dusting or vacuuming) and assists with cleaning duties in every home.
- Interacts with customers in a positive, professional manner.
