Home Instead Senior Care is looking for caring and compassionate CAREGivers to become a part of our team and join our mission of enhancing the lives of aging adults throughout our community. Home Instead Senior Care provides a variety of non-medical services that allow seniors to remain in their home and meet the challenges of aging with dignity, care and compassion.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Requirements to be a CAREGiver:
Subject: Pay Scale
CAREGIVERS HOURLY RATE HOURS WEEKEND RATE
$8.75 0 to 1000 $9.00
$9.30 1001 to 2000 $9.55
$9.75 2001 to 3000 $10.00
$10.25 3001 and over $10.50
$11.50 Couple/Special Rate $11.50
$105.00 Weeknight Overnight Rate (10 -12 Hour Shift)
$112.00 Weekends Overnight Rate (10-12 Hour Shift)
$123.50 Couple Overnight Rate (10-12 Hour Shift)
$20.00 Added to long night if up 4 or more times with individual client
$23.00 Added to long night if up 4 or more times with couple
$100.00 Cash Bonus every 1000 hours worked
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Companionship and conversation
- Light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation
- Medication and appointment reminders
- Incidental Transportation
- Alzheimer’s Care
Requirements to be a CAREGiver:
- Ability to treat and care for seniors and their property with dignity and respect
- Ability to communicate with clients in a friendly and congenial manner
- Complete a criminal background check, DMV check and drug screen
- Possess a valid driver’s license and valid auto insurance
- Must have a reliable vehicle
