Stamford based firm relocating to Westport looking for Accounts Payable Coordinator for three days per week (flexible on hours). Processing of vendor bills and payments, expense report processing and rebill to clients, ad hoc check requests, Amercian Express download to Quickbooks, running vendor payables reports. Comuter literate and proficient in excel and Quickbooks. Ability to work within establised procedures. Strong attention to detail and high regard for accuracy.
