You will use a minister press 120 to 600 ton 

•Plan, layout and perform all bench and machine operations to construct, repair or alter tool, dies, gauges, fixtures and other tooling.
•May act as a lead person on any given tooling project
•Perform critical bench and assembly operations to fit, align, calibrate, adjust,
assemble and finish work
•Do development and experimental work, select allowances and materials, proceed
from own conception in absence of design and specifications
•Assume responsibility for quality, workmanship, and dimensional accuracy of
assigned work
•Follow all company policies and procedures as applicable to position
•Follow all clean-up and housekeeping procedure
•Understand and follow safety/security practices
* CNC operating is a plus

Provide reports on tooling as required

Tool & Die experience (minimum 3 years or journeyman's card)
Progressive die trouble shooting experience

Requires tolerance of standing up to 8 hours, intermittent sitting, and walking
Regularly requires to hear and talk
Occasionally required to reach above shoulders, climb or balance; and stoop kneel, or crouch
Lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
Regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or touch objects, tools, or
controls.
