We are one of the largest staffing firms in northeastern Ohio, and we are currently seeking candidates for Inside Sales Representatives for one of our Fortune 100 clients. This is an excellent assignment with the second largest paid TV provider in the country in which you will take inbound calls from residential customers and offer them a range of TV and internet services.

This is a great opportunity to work for a quickly growing call center in the heart of downtown Cleveland. All calls are inbound, qualified leads and the base-plus-commission pay structure can allow you to earn anywhere from $30,000 to $60,000 a year. Job Responsibilities

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will work in a state-of-the-art call center taking inbound calls from new commercial customers regarding their cable and internet products and services.

Your specific duties will include:

  • Handling customer issues, questions, and selling cable and internet products
  • Selling products to new customers and upselling or adding new products to existing customer accounts
  • Processing new sales orders from start to finish
  • Documenting all sales calls
  • Transferring calls to other call centers or departments if the customer requires additional information or assistance
  • Handling 50-80 sales calls per day
  • Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly personal and team quotas and goals
  • Maintaining availability to work a very flexible full-time schedule any time between 9 am-11 pm Monday through Saturday

Job Requirements

As an Inside Sales Representative, you must be an outgoing, motivated and extremely coachable individual with the ability to easily learn our client’s consultative sales process. You must also be highly perceptive and flexible in your interactions with customers, with the ability to accurately read a given situation. It is also important that you have excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to easily establish rapport with a diverse range of people.

Specific qualifications for the Inside Sales Representative position include:

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a sales role; experience in the telecommunications industry, preferred
  • Some Commercial or B2B sales experience necessary
  • Availability to work a very flexible schedule between 9 am-11 pm Monday through Saturday, with nights and weekends required
  • Ability to learn and to accept coaching and feedback
  • Ability to meet daily quotas and goals
  • Desire to grow and advance professionally
  • Strong technical skills/savvy
  • Solid customer service skills
  • Exceptional listening and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, employment and education verification
  • Prior call center experience, a plus
  • Food service/serving experience, a plus
